4- التقرير النهائى جاهز للطباعة ، ويمكن تعديل العنوان الرئيسي لوضع اسم المركز والعيادة والباحث

It s a test to help with the diagnosis , to detect children with ADHD , and rule out other similar illnesses. by asking a series of questions to the parents of the child.
it generates an official report ( html file )
1- you start by the settings page : in which you set the permanent settings of the app :
e.g : assessor name - email to which the report will be sent - And the titles of the report.
2- then you set the patients data on the data page.
3- then you answer the questions from the parents feedback.
4- then you press results to generate the report
5- then you send the report.
6- you can browse previous cases in the search page.
